REFUNDS & CANCELATION

  • In respect of self paced online courses, Once subscribed for any course, the same can not be cancelled.
  • In respect of self paced online courses, Once subscribed for any course, amount paid towards subscription of the course will not be refunded.
  • In respect of online courses(other than self paced), if due to some reason course can not be started on time, as scheduled by Acecom Skills Development or online lectures can not be conducted by Acecom Skills Development as per schedule then subscriber can cancel subscription & demand for any refunds of proportionate fees in respect of the balance course.
  • In such case, fees will be refunded within 15 working days of refund request & refund amount will be transferred to the bank account as provided by subscriber of the course.
